6 cups rolled oats
1 cup ground flax seeds
½ cup pea protein powder
½ cups of :- dates, cranberries, walnut pieces, chopped hazelnuts
1 cup raisins/goji berries
Handful pumpkin seeds
Finely chopped 70% dark chocolate, or raw cacao nibs
Combine all ingredients and store in airtight jar – this is around 4-5 servings
Serve with milk, chopped/grated apple, add xylitol if desired
